Field59 is now part of TownNews — If your website is hosted by TownNews, you can now use the TownNews Ticketing System for all of your video needs. We strongly encourage customers to create support requests by logging into the TownNews support ticket system or by calling 800-293-9576.

All users of the Field59 Support Portal will receive a login for the TownNews Ticketing System in the future. At this time if you don’t have a login, you can still get in touch with us via the the button or form below.

• The Field59 portal allows you to easily create your own login to get in touch with us. Please read our Support Portal 101 guide for more information. You can also use the form and can communicate via email.
• If it is outside of normal operating hours (7:00am – 6:00pm CST) and you require emergency assistance, please call the number above and choose auto-attendant option 1 for support.
